We are Thaelfacon a Black owned consultancy and construction company founded in 2015, with over 50 projects completed to date, offering services such as Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Architectural and Structural engineering services.

We believe in rendering bespoke quality works for clients. We have a contractor division offering a range of various construction services such as Painting, Plastering, Carpentry, General building services, steelworks and civil works.

Our team has extensive knowledge and experience in the sector, boasting over 20 years combined experience in General building works and construction consultancy.

We are CIDB registered and listed on CSD, have done work for big clients such Homechoice, Various government departments, private clients and mining companies.

Our consultancy services in Project management, Quantity surveying, Structural civil engineering and architecture, make us a one stop shop for your design and planning needs, additionally our construction division is available to carry out all construction works.

We have interior design associates and finishing experts, our works extend as far sac Dry packed cladding, Pergolas, Awnings and steel works.

    Brilliant Team and excellent service
    Needed to have my house revamped, however I was not clued up on the type of products available in the market. The team took me through the costing, various products and at my house they repainted, replaced my ceilings with PVC, did wooden flooring in bedrooms, redid my en-suite bathroom and tiled it, outside they fixed my pavement and painted it and also painted my garage and did a new stoep and tiled it.

    Living Room Extention
    Back in early 2020, i contracted ThaElfa Contruction company to renovate and extend my living/dining area. This was an upgrade my wife had always dreamed of. So i initiated the project to began but my wife and I were going on a 5 day Vacation which meant this had only 5 days for completion. They managed to knock down an opening in an internal wall, opening up my Dining room into the Living area. thereafter they had to tackle my unique designed Bulkhead ceiling. Super happy with their workmanship as i was able to surprise my wife with an upgrade to home that she has always dreamt of. all in a matter of days. Thanks ThaElfaCon
