We are a husband and wife team, who have been working together in our own construction business for 15 years since 2007. We have client references available, and we believe in hard work, honesty and integrity in all our dealings, and continually learning and growing ourselves as business owners to give our customers the very best experience.
We specialize in all residential and office building work in the East Rand area. From your plans and design and architecture, to your new homes, extensions, additions, renovations, painting, granite, tiling, bath renovations, ceilings, roofs and more, we are the best at what we do, because we believe in communication, quality workmanship and building professional relationships with each client of ours. We offer you professional building advice for your home and office, as well as we do not charge a callout fee. We train all our own teams and if required, we offer on site supervision. We know building is a process, and that is where we come in to assist you step by step with a plan, ideas, costing and a budget, so you get value for your hard earned money that you want to spend on improving your home.

Please feel free to contact us directly to discuss any questions you may have, before you start with your home renovations. The best way to contact us is during office hours on whatsapp or telephonically Monday to Saturday or simply send us an email or connect with us on our website. We don't charge a callout fee, so can come to your East Rand home or factory or office and meet up with you and discuss your plans, ideas, look through samples we bring with and take the time necessary to ensure we all on the same page for your planned project. It is something to get excited about, something you have dreamt of, let us build it and turn into a reality for you.

We do have our own staff and supervisors Dave, Adriaan, Joao and Jorge(one of the owners) and they ensure the day to day running's, and Holly and Clive are in the office .

    George of Laravis Arch. Con. did what two other plumbers could not achieve by repairing a built in toilet cistern, by going the extra mile and not having to bash down walls. He thinks out of the box and with determination. Thank you George, sadly there are few people who are helpful and committed and don't just want to make a fast dollar. Your are a star and I will spread the word.

    Excellent workmanship!!
    We gave used other builders in the past, but would highly recommend Laravis. They have a foreman on site, clean as they go and are extremely professional! Very happy with the work completed!

    Perfect service
    The final result is beautiful and we couldn't have asked for a more polite and hardworking team. The team were always on time, worked hard and long hours and fixed any structural problems they encountered as they worked. Excellent attention to detail.
