Very accommodating builder!

Andre De Jager Reference Andre De Jager project managed a complete remodel/renovation for us in the Constantia area. It was an old barn that was converted to a residence at some point in it’s life. It was quite dated and poorly done. Our goal was to give it a more historic feel. We also used high-end appliances and finishes wherever we could to complement this look. Located in a wine farm region outside of Cape Town Central, we wanted to create a space that was a retreat. Andre installed rustic salvaged beams above doorway openings and windows. He installed many new windows (some in completely new locations) and doors throughout the property as well as all the hardware and knobs. Andre is easy to communicate with and responsive. He had a good understanding of the vibe we were trying to create on this property. The vast majority of our communication was done remotely through email and text as I was largely in the United States during the project. That is not logistically ideal as questions often arise during the building process. Andre took it in stride and worked with me diligently on all the details to get them to our liking. We found him to be reliable and hard-working. He coordinated the ordering of the windows and doors as well as the paint supplies and tradesman. The outcome is lovely. We’ve created a family home that we hope will be enjoyed for many many years.

A true Macgyver

Andre is a MacGyver at all things related to building projects!! He has done everything from rewiring and installing light fixtures to building from scratch a beautiful front entrance that I simply showed him a rough drawing on to revamping my kitchen! He is efficient, reliable, trustworthy and is sensitive to your budget and works with you in creating what you want for the most economical price without effecting the quality. If Andre doesn’t feel comfortable doing something, he will find a competent skilled person to bring in who does and works with them to make sure the job is done right. I can’t recommend Andre more highly and he’s my go to on speed dial on my phone when I need a craftsman or just a small job done.

Not only is he efficient and thorough he always gives me a thorough breakdown of what he will be doing, which products he will need and what it will therefore cost. Custom Made Cupboards

Thumps up to Kronos for a job well done on my bedroom and kitchen cupboards. Our quote was delivered in 24 hrs together with the 3d sketch & cutting list for the boards, which was got us excited. We wanted to source our own materials but our project manager from Kronos Projects advised us not to as it was going to cost us more. We gathered materials quotes and Kronos came up with cheaper quotes even from the same Hardware stores who quoted us ridiculously. The team was very friendly, tidy and professional, they delivered in time and the workmanship was very spot on. I highly recommend Kronos Projects to anyone.

Kronos Projects carried out an extensive kitchen and bathroom remodeling at our house and the results exceeded our expectations. Terrence the project manager kept an eye on all aspects and would update us daily on their progress and their plan for the next day. The team was very flexible and allowed us to change our minds on certain things during the project, which we greatly appreciated. I was renovating my house in Parklands when I engaged Kronos and they were quick with quote. They gave us several options on materials and it was just amazing. I gave them keys to my house and up to now I did not miss anything. Custom made cupboards and other delicate materials were sourced in time and the work was done before the 2 weeks Kronos Projects promised. Their work is up to standard and they updated us on each stage until completion, We are very happy as a family and I highly recommend them.
