I wish to thank and congratulate Verulam Locksmiths for offering to fix a lock on my house door which had been badly replaced with a faulty and sub-standard lock originally fitted by SCR Locksmiths of Phoenix. I had called them after I had broken the key in the old lock when opening the door, being unable to reach Verulam Locksmiths at that time, and it was getting late later came a couple of days later to undo a job badly done by SCR. Their master locksmith effortlessly and speedily removed a replacement lock which had been incorrectly fitted with the securing door latch the wrong way round such that the door would not even close properly. This dud lock, costing me R200 on top of the SCR call out fee of R650, was not only poor quality and unfit for purpose but also grossly overpriced. I had made repeated calls to SCR to rectify this matter but my calls were ignored and my number duly blocked to prevent further contact. Verulam Locksmiths wouid have been - and now will always be - my premier locksmith of choice. They will come, if at all possible, at any hour when there is an emergency. They are quick, efficient, well priced, professional, straightforward with no games or shenanigans and have that one vital quality that is sadly lacking in so many businesses today - integrity! Highly recommended. To all potential customers I would happily and freely say: look no further than Verulam Locksmiths.
