Manufacture 

Windows 

The manufacturing process of windows begins with proper extrusions. That is casement window material which can either be casement 28 or casement 30.5 as stipulated by AAMSA. 

All windows to be glazed with 4mm clear glass and obscure glass for bathrooms and toilets or as per special request by clients. 

Doors 

The manufacturing process of doors begins with aluminium extrusions where's the range differs according to the type and size of products required. 

All doors to be glazed with 6.38mm safety glass or toughened glass as per AAMSA regulations.

Installation 

It is ideally recommended that all windows be installed using fitting lugs and concrete nails for small windows while for big windows it is highly recommended that we use fixture plugs for extra strength. All windows should be checked if they open and close properly during handover to avoid future conflicts. 

All doors are best installed using fixture plugs 6mm or 8mm in size. All doors should be checked if they open, close and lock properly  during handover to avoid future conflicts.

Please ensure that all outside beads have rubbers and that inside there are also rubbers. Give the window a slight push to be sure that the glasses are not shaky as that might lead to noise during windy periods and water dripping in during rainy days.

For areas with low security details and high level of theft, it is best that during installation the builder is also available to plaster the products for extra strength. 

Repairs and Mantainance 

During repairs kindly ensure that the glass installed is the same size, type and colour as the one that was removed for your satisfaction as a client.

Make sure all doors open, close and lock properly during handover to be certain that you have received full value for your money.
