We service Cape Town City Bowl,Camps Bay,Bantry Bay,Sea Point, Landduno, Constantinia,Plumstead,Durbanville,Stellenbosch, Somerset West,Parrow,Good Wood,Northern Suburbs,Southern Suburbs, and the whole of the Western Cape.
Quotations are free of charge and new clients to us receives a 15% discount on the first quotation.

Theomandies Construction and Projects (Pty) Ltd was established in early 2010 and provides a full range of construction services in both the Western Cape and South Africa at large.
Founded by professional construction manager and consultant, Mr. Alois Chabata, we boast more than 10-years of experience in managing and executing construction and renovation projects, large and small, from pre-construction to occupancy.

We work with a team of industry-leading architects, designers, quantity surveyors, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
As a result, we provide the best possible service and quality assurance to our clients throughout the construction process.

Our highly skilled team offers an end-to-end service, meticulously managing every step of the construction/renovation process.
