I saw the work they did at my neighbor's place and decided to get a quote. The owner is on site most of the time and he gave me great advise. I painted my house and when they started opening the cracks he saw bigger problems. I really appreciated his advise as another contractor might just have done the painting and moved on which would have left me with cracks a year or two again from now. He is also a perfectionist and I appreciated how he finished every job very thoroughly although it meant spending more time on it than he had budget it on. They also do plumbing, carpenter work, electric work (with COC) so this really is a one-stop contractor that I will use again in the future.
