We are just starting out.

We did the project management and had to take over from the contractor and continued with the labourers to complete the work on a 140 square meter renovation which included supervising from foundation to roof, plumbing and electricals, aluminium sliding and folding doors, custom aluminium windows, wooden interior doors and installations.

We had to make sure the quality aspects were dealt with and had to make sure the material and supporting services such as skips and cleaning arrived on time not to delay the work.

We also had to keep a close eye on the budget and was responsible to buy all the tiles & adhesives, bathroom items from shower heads and taps to toilets and finishings, screeds, cement mixes, sand and provided tools and scaffolding to finish the snag lists and jobs.

We have built up a small team of labourers and exterior painters as well as a reputable plumber and electrician who we would like to provide work for.
