We rate at 5000 a sqm with materials and labour for construction inclusive

We start from the civil work to planing and constructing we do Architectural council submissions slab installation and slab materials

We also provide rezoning for turning residential properties into commercial buildings we provide a full planing process to make it easier for our clients when it comes to planning and constructing a project turn around times might differ depending on council on approval but we go every week at the council to check on any comments on the plans so our clients are rest assured
We follow proper setting outs on dimensions and trench and level foundations
We compact the ground

We also provide plans res 1 and res 2 rezoning
We provide plans in residential and we also provide plans in commercial our time frames for drawing plans is 1 week and approval on council can take 4-8 weeks we offer a guarantee on approval our costs on plans are 50 Rand a sqm and additional of council runners fees

  I struggle to get straight answers.

  My dad is having a house built and it started well. Now there are regular additional costs for work still to be done and I'm trying to get the quotes and invoices to date so that I can explain it to my dad or question the additions. No cooperation.

  Great workmanship

  Mjnp built our double storey 250 sqm they did a good job till start and finish highly recommend them They supplied us with materials as well and slab and the installation
