J & L Maintenance was started in 2016. We have 12 years working experience in the maintenance industry. We perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of an establishments in repair. Duties may involve pipe fitting; boiler making; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs, burglar guards, gates and gate motors services, repairs and installations, roller doors and motors services, repairs and installations, minor repairs, installing of appliances and equipment, maintaining services, cleaning and properly storing of equipment, renovations, reporting to facilities manager for issues.
