CF Architects is a dynamic architect studio based in Bryanston, Gauteng, committed to contemporary residential design in South Africa. At CF Architects, as architects and interior designers we specialise in the new home designs; major renovations as well as apartment design and remodelling.

We have done our best to simplify the design process into three easy steps:

Step 1: Meet the client in-order to understand the needs and project requirement
Step 2: Be appointed to undertake some Pre-Design Research to advise what is feasible
Step 3: Be appointed to compile a Concept Design and Proposal and advise on the best course of action, be it better space utilisation and interior design or the creation of new spaces for your needs.

Once the design process is complete we will walk you through all the legal requirements and advise on the rest of the project by:
- Working with legislation and your budget we maximise the design potential
- Working closely with other appointed professionals on the team we finalise rational solutions and prepare for issuing working drawings
- We present documents for planning permission on your behalf to Council
- We play a continued role in the project and its team management
- We travel regularly to building sites and meet with Council to assist in project completion.

The process remains largely the same for all the various project types including:
- New Residential Home Designs
- Major Renovations and Additions
- Complete Apartment Design and Remodelling
- Heritage Building Remodelling and Alterations

With years of experience, we regularly work and consult with Estates and Home Owners Associations to obtain permission for all projects to be undertaken and guide you along the whole process.
