African Eagle Projects is a construction company registered with the NHBRC and was founded by Adrian & Davon Arendse (Father & Son), and is set to become one of the leading residential construction companies in the Helderberg area with its competitive rates, excellent customer service and a great level of excellence with regards to quality.


AEP has over 20 years of residential construction experience. We are based in Helderberg, and primarily focus on projects in and around Stellenbosch & Somerset West but also extend our services throughout the entire Cape Peninsula. Our area of specialization is in the construction of residential homes, extensions/additions, renovations and project management.

Most of all AEP is extremely passionate about what we do, and we aim to build homes rather than houses!
African Eagle Projects is registered with the NHBRC (National Home Builders Registration Council), a council that ensures the protection of property for homeowners in South Africa.
