Renovation and Alteration
In 2016 we have completed 27 renovations and alterations
In 2017 we have completed 31 renovations and alterations
We average 2 projects a month, thus this department generates a lot of work and income
Most of these projects were completed within a timeframe of 2 4 weeks
These projects mostly consisted out of painting, tiling, small buildings, roofing and ceilings, complete bathroom renovations, garages and cottages/granny flats
We are proud to say that we had a 100% completion rate and very satisfied clients
In 2018 to date we completed 4 renovations.
We have completed projects for Zotos Property Group in Bedfordview, Rynfield and Waterfall Country Estate
In 2016 our Sub Contracting teams built 3 new houses in Waterfall Country Estate and we built the show house for a complex in Bedforfview
We also built the guardhouse and boundary walls for a complex in Rynfield
We furthermore completed site instructions on 6 houses in Waterfall Country Estate
The stand numbers were 1918(build, plaster and block and beam), 3645(building), 3732(build, plaster and block and beam) in Waterfall Country Estate
In 2017 we have completed 3969, 3309 in Waterfall Country Estate.
