We know that sometimes people aren't yet clear about their brief and so we offer "pre-design consultation" which offers the client a basic service to research design possibilities suitable for their site and help them formulate a brief. This brief can then inform the concept design stage and can be used to design with us or an architectural firm of your choosing.
