CH Constructions is your answer to any and all home renovations and alterations. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide solutions for all our clients. We strive to accommodate our client’s visions, dreams and budgets.

We can do alterations or renovations to a wide spectrum of buildings. Anything from a new bathroom, newly fitted custom designed kitchen or total home renovations, including roof work, water proofing and painting will be delivered as per the client’s specifications.

We are also able to undertake any type of addition to houses and general residential construction including new houses or buildings.

CH Construction has been in the residential construction industry for over 16 years and is known for quality workmanship with an outstanding track record. Some of our work has been featured in SA Home Owner.

We take a lot of pride in our work and constantly monitor work in progress, daily inspections on work done is part of our package.

    Bathroom renovation
    Christo and his team recently did a full renovation of our bathroom. We are very happy with the end result and the way in which the team conducted themselves throughout. Christo keeps you informed throughout the process and offers advice where appropriate. His focus is always on quality.     Christo and team have just finished working at my house for one week, doing renovations including plumbing, rhino plasting, exterior plastering, painting, skirting boards and electrical work..very impressed with the service, Christo keeps you updated on progress, turns up when he say she will, his team are very professional and polite...

    Renovations done
    Christo and team: on our first meeting we discussed 1 project to be done at my house. Because of your professionalism and good prices quoted, the one project, painting outside, became many projects which basically lead to redoing my whole house, inside and out. bathrooms, bedrooms, cupboards, new ceilings + lighting, paving and constructed an outside room into a beautiful livable room + separate bathroom for my domestic, and even more. You and your staff was very professional and friendly and i thank you for all you have done from the bottom of my heart. I am very happy with the end result. i can recommend CH Construction to any one small or big projects to be done.

    Bathroom Renovation
    We have just done our bathroom renovation and would highly recommend CH construction. Christo and his team worked neatly throughout the project to try and have minimum dust and disruption to us. They cleaned up at the end of every day. Very professional and trustworthy. Our bathroom finishes are absolutely beautiful! We can see that Christo takes pride in his work and pays attention to every detail. He goes over and above of what is expected. We are so happy with our bathroom and couldn't have chosen anyone better to do it! We will definitely use CH Construction in the future. Thanks Christo!

    Great job!!! Awesome service
    I want to express my appreciation for the excellent service that we received from Christo and his team. We love the bathroom, he really exceeded our expectations. Everything went extremely well and efficiently and they kept clear communication throughout the process. They cleaned up amazingly well, I highly recommend them.

    Great Job Done
    Christo was the right man for the job from the moment we met him and went through our requirements. The work was done well and quickly and we were always kept up to date with proceedings by Christo. The team was very clean and always tidied up at the end of the day. Christo also doesn't like to take shortcuts and will recommend the best way to do something to make it look good. We will use CH Constructions again for other building and renovation projects.

    Great Workmanship
    C Horn construction did an extensive alteration for us 3 years ago. New kitchen & a new enclosed patio. It was a pleasure to deal with a builder who was "hands on". The attention to detail was fantastic. Kim

    Full home renovation
    I had to do major renovations at my home and was referred to Christo by a friend who had also had repairs done by Christo. From the first moment we met, I knew that he was the person for the job. The house had major rising damp damage, leaking roof and paint in an extremely poor condition. Christo's quote on the full house revamp and repairs from top to bottom was way less than expected. All the work was done above my expectations. Even areas where the plaster had to been replaced, you could not even see the difference between the old and the new. After each days work all areas were left clean and tidy. The work was all completed as per schedule and I have never looked back again. Newly repaired house, roof and surrounding walls, a job to be proud of. I will recommend C.H. Construction to any person. Great job, thank you Christo.

    Very Satisfied
    I am the chairperson of a complex and am responsible to maintain the complex. We have had roof leaks that cost the body corporate a lot of money monthly. I was referred to CH Construction to attend to the never ending problem. Chris met with me and explained what the best solution would be to solve the problem. He was confident enough to guarantee his work. After the project was completed, I waited for the first heavy storms to indicate if the problem still persisted. There has been quite a few storms since. Thanks to Chris, there has not been a complaint ever since and because his pricing is reasonable I will without a doubt make use of your service.
