The client will be responsible for all material purchases 2) Main Contract quote - We quote on complete project which includes all labour and materials required for the project from start to finish We usualy Project Managage our own Projects but the client is more that welcome to appoint an independant Project Manager to ensure all works are done in accordance to Plan and Finishing schedules. We aim to ensure complete satisfaction during the builing process and therefore quote on a properly set out Bill of Quantities to ensure that there is no "surprise" expenses later on in the project. Our quotations are tailor made to suit the Client's needs and expectations and open discussions before during and after quotation stage is neccessary to ensure and accurate estimate before commencement of any works.
