I used HBC waterproofing a few years back and they completely sorted out my roof issue so when I needed more repairs, there was no hesitation on my part to contact them again. Chico and his team did an excellent job at our rental property from the detailed quotes to rerouting all gutters to collect rainwater, completing and renovating 3 bathrooms (2 upstairs under sloping roof) - drywalling, plumbing, removing and installing toilets en wash basins with cupboards, tiling, painting, light fittings, touch up painting, removing rubble, etc. Their customer service was impressive - from the professional communications and advice, the sequencing of the work to keep disruption to our tenants to a minimum, keeping all work areas extremely neat, taking me shopping for the bathroom fittings/ items I had to provide as I had no transport during my out of town visit to our rental property, etc.
