I went to the store looking for an oven but I didn't know which one to purchase because I had a very bad experience with some well known brands I won't mention, with the excellent help from a salesperson(Thabi) she managed to advice me all the way throughout and explan everything I was clueless about and I ended up buying Beko oven and hob because of the way she explained everything about the product and you could see that she is very confident in everything that she's saying and she managed to answer all the questions I was asking her with a smile on her face which is not something you see everyday from a salesperson.
