Efp Properties and Construction is based in Brackenfell, Cape Town.

We are a registered NHBRC residential construction company since 2009 with more than 20 years experience in construction and has completed numerous New Builds, Extensions, Additions and Property Maintenance projects. We also do Project Management and, if requested, deliver a Full Turnkey service to our Clients.

Every project we undertake is of the utmost importance to us and we strive for excellent workmanship within the allowable budget requirements, forming and maintaining lasting relationships with our Clients.

We have a complete understanding of how stressfull any building project can be and therefore, our aim, together with honesty, trustworthiness, integrity, loyalty and transparency, is to try and achieve complete Client satisfaction by assisting all of our Clients during the various construction phases. Our Clients can have peace of mind and the assurance of getting the best services possible from a formidable, reputable and reliable Construction Company.
